Before You Start

1. Create Your Workspace
- Sign in and create a workspace.
- Confirm workspace name and URL.
- Invite teammates who need access.
2. Connect Your First Channel
Start with one source so your team can validate your process before scaling.
- Open workspace settings.
- Connect Slack.
- Authorize access to the correct Slack workspace.
- Confirm the connection status is active.
3. Send Your First Feedback
Send a Slack message with an app mention in a channel or DM.
Expected result:
- Superfeedback ingests the message.
- The feedback appears in your workspace.
- Your team can review and prioritize it in one queue.
4. Run Your First Triage Cycle
- Open the incoming feedback queue.
- Review extracted actionable highlights.
- Link to an existing ticket or create a new one.
- Assign priority and owner.
